Min 1 - 7 box jump-overs (24/20") + 7 weighted sit-ups (25/15#)

Min 2 - 5 power cleans + 5 front squats

Min 3 - 5 strict pull-ups + 5-10 kip HSPUs

Min 4 - recovery row, bike, or ski (barbell @50-55% 1RM clean)
