What is Foundations?

All athletes new to CrossFit start out by completing an on ramp program.  In this program our professional coaches teach you the fundamental movements that will be used in our group classes.  We get to know you as an athlete so we can support you in safely working to crush your goals! 

Group

Small Group Foundations 

Includes four sixty-minute classes in a small group setting 

(3 - 6 athletes) to learn the foundational movements. 

Offered twice a month 

(1st & 3rd weeks)

*Great for athletes with a fitness background or those who thrive in a group environment.

SOlo

Individual Foundations 

Includes three sixty-minute long personal training sessions to learn the foundational movements. 

Sessions are scheduled based on your availability.

*Great for athletes who learn best one on one or have an inflexible schedule.


Cost: $200
