BEACON'S SIX WEEKS TO WELLNESS challenge

Who will benefit from the Challenge?




A. Anyone ready to make BIG shifts in their health and wellness,

B. Anyone ready to commit to six weeks of movement classes, and 

C. Anyone ready for individual coaching and making big strides toward feeling stronger and healthier.



This is a program for beginners. you don’t need to be in shape or bring any experience, but you must be willing to do the following three things:

  1. 1. Attend two movement classes at Beacon per week
  2. 2. Attend group foundation sessions on Saturdays for the first three weeks (8:15AM or 11:30AM)
  3. 3. Work with a coach on health and wellness to create a Five Factors of Health action plan (eating, sleeping, training, mindset, and connection)

Movement classes for the first three weeks are on Mondays & Wednesday at 5:00PM or 5:45PM. After that, you are able to take any classes on our schedule (seven days per week).

Participants get a 30-minute pre-challenge private meeting with a coach. During the challenge, you also get weekly one-on-one health and wellness coaching and a private Facebook group for participants with weekly group live coaching.


The all-inclusive price for this high-impact program is $500. Spaces are limited.
